Without our generous local donors, we would not be able to provide all of the services and resources that truly make a difference for families who are rebuilding their lives after experiencing trauma. During the Covid 19 emergency, our neighbors are facing unusual barriers including loss of income due to closures, helping their children who are doing school from home, isolation, and needing to access community resources in a very different way from before. Your contribution of $20 will help someone add minutes to their phone so that they can connect with their Dove House Advocate. A donation of $50 pays for a family's electric bill this month. $100 or more will contribute to rent assistance for a family who has recently left a dangerous home life, obtained local affordable housing, and is struggling to hold onto their apartment or house after losing a job (or having their hours reduced) because of the virus.  Donations at any level express caring and inspire survivors to continue working toward their goals despite the many challenges they encouter.
