Here are ways you can support Dove House's services

Donate Financially

Your financial support is an investment in safety, dignity, and liberty. Your financial support will allow us to continue providing shelter to victims of domestic violence, and assistance for survivors of sexual assault and general crime. You can make your donation below.

  • Gas Cards and Gift Cards
  • Paper Products
  • Full-Sized - New - Personal Hygiene Products (shampoo & conditioner, oral hygiene, etc.)
  • School supplies

Volunteer or Intern

We have volunteers who assist us in many ways, including organizing collections of needed supplies for the shelter,  providing childcare during parents' appointments, helping us behind the scenes in the office, and helping with outreach events and fundraising. Call 360-385-5292 to schedule a time to talk with us about volunteering or email development@dovehousejc.org  to request a volunteer application.

Here's what your gift can do:
  • A $25 gift provides gas cards to help with transportation costs
  • A $50 gift provides a one hour of one-on-one personalized advocacy with one of our well-trained professional advocates
  • A $100 gift provides a victim involved in District or Family Court with two hours of assistance from our legal advocate
  • A $250 gift allows us to present one school based educational workshop in community high schools
  • A $1,000 gift sponsors a mother and 2 children for one week at our emergency shelter
  • A $5,000 gift will support a bedroom in our shelter for an entire year, allowing Dove House to provide life-saving emergency shelter and support services to children and their families
  • A $10,000 gift may provide healthy food for families staying in our Emergency Shelter for an entire year
