Meet The Instructors
Ariela Marshall,
Energizing Yoga
​Mondays at 10 a.m.

Ariela has been enjoying yoga for the past fourteen years since passing out during her first hot yoga class in Cape Town, South Aftrican in 2009. Enthusiasm led to dedication, and in early 2020 she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training. In 2021, she began offering weekly yoga classes at the Recovery Café, and has additionally worked with individuals to create personalized yoga routines for somatic processing of trauma. Ariela's aim is to provide inclusive, accessible classes that are real-time customized for participants.
​She believes that yoga is for everyone.

Gentle Yoga
Mondays at 12 (alternating with Anne)
Since becoming a certified instructor in 2016 at Nosara Yoga Institute in Nosara, Costa Rica, Liz has acted as an assistant for retreats and trainings at Nexus Institute for Yoga and Wellness while continuing her yoga education focusing on somatic awareness and yoga for empowerment and trauma healing. Yoga has enhanced her life in many ways, and she is passionate about sharing those gifts with others. Recovery Café classes will be focused on restful and restorative practices and deep connection with the body
​and breath through gentle movement.

Anne Hardy
Hatha Yoga Flow
Mondays at 12 (alternating with Liz)

Welcome to a new instructor on our yoga team! Anne has been practicing for 30+ years, teaching for 8. Training includes 200 hour YTT with Ki McGraw and Bob Smith at Hatha Yoga Center in Seattle; Kids & Family Yoga Certification in Amsterdam; Yoga for Seniors (online) and Yoga Behind Bars' Trauma-Informed Yoga certifications.  Taught in Luxembourg, Seattle and now in Port Townsend. Feel free to join us for a peaceful, playful practice in a safe and supportive space.
